Hanz Diamondz – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hanz Diamondz. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Orders & Deposits

  • All custom jewelry orders require a deposit to begin production.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they cover design work, materials, and labor preparation.

  • Orders are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required before any item is shipped or released.

  • We accept [list payment methods: credit/debit card, cash, apple pay, zelle, cash app, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].

  • Late or missed payments may delay production and delivery.

3. Custom Designs

  • Custom pieces are made based on the agreed-upon design, materials, and specifications.

  • Minor variations in size, color, or appearance may occur due to the nature of gemstones and hand craftsmanship.

  • Once production has started, no changes can be made to custom orders.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Standard production times range from [3–7 weeks], depending on complexity and material availability.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays (e.g., shipping carriers, supply chain issues).

  • Hanz Diamondz is not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom jewelry orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Non-custom items are final sales and not eligible for return/exchange 

  • Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.

6. Repairs & Warranty

  • We offer a [6-month] workmanship warranty covering defects in craftsmanship.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Repairs outside the warranty period may be available for a fee.

7. Authenticity & Materials

  • All diamonds and gemstones sold by Hanz Diamondz are guaranteed to be authentic and as described.

  • Certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI) will be provided when applicable.

8. Liability

  • Hanz Diamondz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, photos, and content on Hanz Diamondz platforms are the intellectual property of Hanz Diamondz and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Georgia/USA].

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Georgia/USA].
