1. Complete Custom Order Form

Start by filling out our Custom Order Form with details about your dream piece. This helps us understand your vision — including design style, metal type, gemstones/diamonds, size, and budget. The more detail you provide, the better we can create a design that matches exactly what you want

2. Place a Deposit

Once we receive your form, we’ll review your request and provide an initial quote. To begin the process, a non-refundable deposit is required. This covers design time, sourcing of materials, and reserves your spot in our production schedule. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your custom piece.

3. Finalize Design

After your deposit, we move into the design phase. You’ll receive digital renderings or sketches of your piece for review. This is your chance to request adjustments and approve the final look before production begins. Once the design is finalized and approved, changes cannot be made.

4. Begin Production

With your design Finalized you will be required to pay half of the total cost tot begin production, our jewelers begin handcrafting your custom piece using high-quality materials and expert techniques. Production times vary depending on complexity, typically ranging from 3–7 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and once your jewelry is complete, you’ll receive photos and shipping/pickup details.
